By viewing and using the Blissful Things website you are considered to agree to these terms and conditions that govern all supply of goods and services by Blissful Things without qualification. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you must stop accessing and using our website. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by notifying users of the existence of the amended terms and conditions through our website. By continuing to access our website, you agree to be bound by the amended terms and conditions.
1 Privacy policy and personal information
Registration on our website requires you to provide personal information to us for the purpose of providing you with our goods. You consent to the release of your personal information to us and third parties in connection with the uses contemplated by this privacy policy. Our employees,agents and contractors may use the personal information you provide to assist us in delivering the goods to you.
We will not disclose personal information we collect from you through our website other than as set out in this privacy policy or as otherwise agreed with you ;
Our website uses temporary cookies to keep a session open after a user logs in. We may use the information we obtain from the cookies in the administration of our website and to improve the usability of our website. These cookies help us recognise previous visitors and also identify the route history of users. We cannot identify any personal information stored in these cookies, nor can we gain access to any information stored on your hard drive. In addition, we cannot access information from cookies sent from other websites. Information collected will only be used as described above, and also to improve our website. Some browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies but this may have a negative impact on the usability of our website.
2 Registration and accounts
By registering on our website, you consent to receiving marketing, promotional and other material by way of electronic messages from us. You will ensure that all usernames and passwords required to access our website are kept secure and confidential and you will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or any other breach of security. You must not transfer your account to another user or maintain more than one account with us without our consent.
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and limit your access to our website.
(a) You must enter information required to open an account by following the registration process set out on the website; and
(b) You must satisfy our other anti-money laundering checks and other registration criteria including undergoing verification checks to confirm your identity.
3 Shipping and Delivery
We only deliver to New Zealand addresses. Flat rate Urban area $8.50 Rural Delivery flat rate is $14.50. A total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary at the shopping basket stage of your order. We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.
Free shipping for orders over $250.
Please make sure you select the correct option. Urban for urban area. Rural for rural areas. All rural charges must be accounted and paid for in full before items are shipped. Please insure you select the correct one to save delays in your order.
All orders are generally dispatched 1-2 days after they have been purchased and can take 2-4 working days to get to where they need to go. Please do expect delays if it is peak postal season, or any events such as weather or pandemic delays Rural and remote places also can take a little longer. We do not offer a same day or Saturday delivery service. Once posted, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please ensure you have given the correct address for sending your parcel. Incorrect addresses may cause additional holdups. If you have made a mistake with your address, please contact us ASAP. From time to time, we can miss these emails; it is up to the individual to follow up and add the parcel.
4 Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order you may return your item to 344 Wainui South Road, RD4, Katikati 3181 within 21 days of delivery.
All items purchased online must returned in their original condition and packaging. Proof of Purchase must be supplied in e form of a receipt.
If you have changed your mind on an item that you have ordered, you may exchange your item or request a website credit. Postage of return is at the cost of the purchaser.
If crystals have been damaged on their way to you, we are happy to provide you with a replacement item if stock is available. A photo of the broken item is required. Due to the nature of our goods, they will have markings and imperfections. We will not accept returns on this basis. Contact blissfuthings@xtra.co.nz with your return enquiry.
5 Pricing
All prices are in NZD and are inclusive of GST. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards and After Pay. Bank Deposits also Accepted. Please pay for orders on the same day as purchase is made. Bank Deposits paid within three working days. failure to do so may mean your order will be canceled.
6 Advertising
Any dealings with any advertiser appearing on our website are solely between you and the advertiser or other third party. We are not responsible or liable for any part of any dealings or promotions.
7 Copyright and trade marks
We or our suppliers own copyright in the contents of our website. No part of our website may be distributed or copied for any commercial purpose and you are not permitted to incorporate the material or any part of it in any other work or publication (whether in hard copy, electronic or any other form) without our prior written consent. You may not frame any part of our website material by including advertising or other revenue generating material. Further, you may not remove or alter any trade marks or logos that appear on any material on our website.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure our photos reflect true colour, markings, inclusions and characteristics.
8 Exclusion of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage that results from your use of our website and any services we provide, including from all express and implied warranties and representations. We will not be responsible for errors or misstatements or be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any loss or damage however caused (including indirect, consequential or special loss or damage, or loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings or loss of opportunity).
If you are a consumer using our website for non-business activities then nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to abrogate any rights you might have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (if any).
9 Indemnity
You will take all necessary action to defend and indemnify us and our directors, employees and agents against all costs, expenses and damages incurred in connection with any claim brought by a third party against us that arise from a breach by you of any of these terms and conditions.
10 Information and material
The content on this site is provided for general information only. You should obtain professional or specialist advice before taking or refraining from any action on the basis of any information on this site.
Using and wearing stones mineral, crystals, fossils and any other items sold on this site does not mean they will cure, treat or prevent disease and illness.
Always keep an eye on your burning/smouldering smudge items and be mindful of people who are smoke sensitive. Our goods are solely sold for the purpose of spiritual/metaphysical work/purposes. Our goods are not for culinary of internal uses.
11 Entire agreement
These terms and conditions in conjunction with our privacy policy form the entire agreement between us and you relating to our website.
12 General provisions
If at any time we do not enforce any of these terms or conditions, or grant you time or any other indulgence, we will not be construed as having waived that term or condition or our rights to later enforce that, or any other, term or condition.
Further, if any part or provision of these terms and conditions is considered to be invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is deemed to be modified by a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remaining terms and conditions will continue to be binding on the parties.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.
Availability and supply All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavor to notify the non-availability on our online shop.

-New Customers, please flick me a message via FaceBook to the Blissful Things NZ Page before or during the live show. This will help me contact you when I have loaded your order onto our website.
During the Live
Claiming is classed as purchasing. To claim an item, please comment, for example, A1, C2. The first comment on our screen with the correct code will claim the item. Please be aware that we go with the first person we see on our screen. We do not pick and choose names. Just because you came up first on your device, what we see on ours may be different.
When claiming, please ensure you can commit to the sale if you want a running total of what you have spent. Please do this yourself.
No swaps during the live. Once you have claimed the item, it goes straight into your basket.
Prizes won during the live show can only be claimed with a purchase. The prizes will be drawn at the end of the show, and the winner must be present (watching the live show) at the time of the drawing.

After the live
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. The link for your order will be sent straight to your messenger. Due to our new Crystal Lives, we have yet to have a dedicated Crystal Live page on our website. So, following the link will make your order easier to find on our website.
Payment for your order must be paid within 72 hours. Payment options. Internet banking, credit card use via Stripe, and after-pay. Payment in full includes pickup orders. Pay within this time to avoid being excluded from future lives unless there is a good reason.
We ship within NZ and have a pickup option. NZ Post is our go-to post with a flat rate of $7.00 urban or $11.50 Rural. Free Postage is available for orders over $200. Shipping will be added at checkout when paying for the item. Pickup is from the Blissful Things shop. Based between Katikati and Tauranga. Viewing is by appointment. Pickup orders must be paid for in full via the website before pickup. A notification will be sent out when your order is ready.
If you're watching the live and you see something you are interested in, please screenshot the item and send the image to us when inquiring if it's still available. Please note that the Live sale price may no longer be applicable.
