Scientifically, this material often includes associated secondary copper minerals such as Malachite, Epidote, Piedmontite, Bornite, and Cuprite, enhancing both its mineralogical interest and visual appeal. This particular rough material has been hand-selected from the 5th Shaft mine dumpings of the historic Messina Copper Mines in South Africa—an area renowned for producing some of the world’s finest Ajoite specimens.
