Magnetic Hematite -Silver-

Magnetic Hematite looks very much like Hematite as they share similar chemical compositions but is in fact man made. 

They Heat iron oxide at a very high temperature. When the Hematite is getting heated. Strong magnets are introduced to create the 'Magnetism.'

Some 'Magnetic Hematite' can also additionally be coated. This one is Silver, or plain so has not been coating. 

Or though Man Made they are interesting and SO much fun for little and BIG kids alike.
