Ammonite Cut & Polished Pair (Small)

Ammonites coming from Tulear, Madagascar tends to be Triassic - Cretaceous in age. 

This Ammoniate has skillfully been cut then polished to show the classic Nautiloid chambers. 
Ammonites are part of the  Nautiloid family and similar to the Notaulus species we see in our oceans today. 
I very striking fossil that would look wonderful in any fossil or shell collection. Also makes a great decor piece on its own.
